The team works from wherever, with a base in the US Mountain timezone. No drop-in office, no Houston co-working space, no 'corporate HQ' photo. The product ships weekly from laptops in living rooms.

Response time

One business day, usually faster.

Every email is read within hours during US business hours. Most get a substantive response the same day. Security and incident reports get acknowledged immediately and triaged by an engineer.

Support hours

Monday to Friday, US timezones.

Standard support is M-F 9am-6pm Mountain. Incident response (security, data loss, outage) is 24/7 with a 60-minute acknowledgement SLA. Listed in the workspace footer once you're signed in.
