Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you sign up for a Strkr workspace, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, company name, billing details, and the records you create or import (contacts, deals, accounts, custom records). We also collect operational metadata: when you log in, what your client identifies as, and which features you use.

2. What we don't collect

We don't track you across the web. We don't load third-party advertising or analytics pixels in the application. We don't aggregate your customer records for "product insights." We don't train AI models on your data.

3. How we use it

Your workspace data is used to provide the service: render your records, run your flows, send notifications you've configured. Operational metadata is used to detect abuse, debug incidents, and decide what to ship next.

4. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors that help us operate the service (AWS for infrastructure, Stripe for billing, Clerk for authentication, Anthropic for AI features). Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement. We don't sell or rent data to advertisers, brokers, or anyone else.

5. Your rights

You can export all your workspace data at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data. EU and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR: to access, rectify, restrict, or object to processing. Email privacy@strkr.io to exercise any of these.

6. Retention

Workspace data is retained for the life of the subscription plus 90 days after cancellation (to allow recovery). Audit logs are retained per your tier: 12 months on Team, 24 months on Scale. Operational metadata is rotated on a 90-day cycle.

7. Children

Strkr is a business product not intended for users under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We'll notify workspace owners by email at least 30 days before any material change to this policy. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
