Product · Strkr Agents

An AI teammate that texts your customers while your team sleeps.

Real conversations, not chat widgets. Qualify a lead at 11pm, confirm a delivery at 6am, book a meeting between calls. Every message flows through your customer record, your compliance rules, and your brand voice. Every handoff to a human is warm.

Not another chat widget

A teammate that works your customer records, not a widget on your website.

Chat widgets live on your website. Strkr Agents live on your customer records. A lead texts your business number at 11pm, the agent qualifies them, books the meeting, and updates the lead card. Your rep opens the CRM Monday morning to a warm handoff, not a queue of raw transcripts.

SDR agent

Qualify leads while your team sleeps.

Route a new lead to an agent, hand it a playbook, watch it work. Ask the qualifying questions your team keeps forgetting. Book the meeting on your team's calendar. Mark the lead qualified. Log every turn on the record.

Support agent

Answer 'where is my order' at 6am.

Look up the order in your Shopify store, share the tracking link, close the ticket. If the customer needs a refund or a human, hand off warmly with the full context. Your support team stops answering the same three questions all day.

Booking agent

Fill your calendar without the tag.

A customer asks 'can we chat?' The agent proposes three slots based on your calendar, confirms the winner, and books it. No back-and-forth, no Calendly link, no dropped ball. The meeting shows up on both sides.

Handoff, not dropoff

When it needs a human, the human's ready.

Every escalation goes to your inbox with the full thread, the customer's history, and the reason the agent flagged it. Reps pick up the conversation like they were there the whole time. Because the record shows they kind of were.

Brand voice

One workspace-level voice, every agent.

Set the tone once. Style notes, taboo topics, forbidden phrases. Every agent inherits it. Adjust the tone for a specific agent, override for one campaign, revert with one click. Consistent across every conversation, every hour.

Routing

First-match-wins routing chain.

Known customer with an open deal goes to the AE's agent. Unknown number with a support question goes to Support. Marketing lead goes to the SDR. Priority-ordered rules, drag to reorder, seeded with sensible defaults on day one.

Built into your CRM, not bolted on

Every conversation lives on the customer's record. Every handoff is warm.

Every other AI SMS tool is a second app. A second contract. A second data silo. Strkr Agents is a Strkr module. The customer data the agent needs is already the customer data your reps work in. The agent's turn is a row on the same timeline as the last email your CSM sent.

No sync required

The record is the record.

Agent qualifies a lead, the lead card updates. Agent books a meeting, the meeting shows on your calendar and the deal. Agent handles a support text, the timeline shows the resolution. Zero sync jobs, zero missed events.

No prompt engineering

Playbooks, not prompts.

Pick a goal ('qualify lead,' 'book demo,' 'answer support'). Set escalation rules. Pick the tools the agent can use. The system prompt gets composed for you from your brand voice, playbook, and customer context. No 5,000-token prompt file to maintain.

No compliance headache

Every send flows through Messaging's rails.

DND, quiet hours, STOP, rate limits, consent state. The agent can't send when a human can't send. Same audit log, same compliance, same GDPR erasure. The agent is just another sender on the same rails.

No surprise bill

See what the agent costs before it costs it.

Analytics tab shows LLM cost per conversation, per agent, per day. Cap monthly spend, get an 80 percent warning email, keep going. Overage bills at the same $0.02 per turn as the first turn. Transparent, predictable, boring in a good way.

Pricing

From $79 per month. Plus what the agent actually says.

Flat module fee, transparent per-turn overage, real messaging costs on the underlying module. Every price on this page is the price. No 'AI credits' math, no 'contact sales' box, no minimum spend.

Strkr Agents $79 / workspace / month

Unlocks every agent archetype (SDR, Support, Booking, Retention, Reactivation, Feedback, Order Lookup, Follow-up), brand voice, playbooks, routing rules, guardrails, and analytics. Includes 500 agent turns per month. Same price whether you run one agent or ten.

Agent turn overage $0.02 / turn over 500

A "turn" is one LLM call inside a conversation. Most conversations run 3 to 7 turns. Overages bill at the same rate as the first turn. Live counter on the analytics tab.

SMS / MMS Messaging rates

Every message the agent sends flows through Strkr Messaging: $0.02 per SMS segment, $0.05 per MMS. Requires the Messaging module ($29/mo).

Annual billing $806 / workspace / year

Same features, ~15 percent off. Prorated to the day if you cancel. Available on request from any workspace admin.

Guardrails Included

Prompt-injection scrubbing on every inbound. PII redaction (credit cards, SSNs, tokens) on every outbound. Off-limits topics and forbidden phrases enforced from your brand voice. No add-on, no per-check charge.

Everything else Free

Analytics dashboard, activity log, per-agent metrics, warm handoff to humans, integration with your Stripe / Shopify / calendar / CRM. Every future agent feature on this tier. No hidden add-ons.

Why teams switch

Because the AI tool built for chat was never built for your team.

Drift is $2,500 a month and lives on your website. Intercom bolts AI onto tickets your team already handles. ChatGPT plugins can't touch your CRM. Strkr Agents is a module in the CRM your team already runs. Turn it on, seed the agents, watch the conversations happen.

Save vs Drift $2,400/mo

Their starter is $2,500 a month with a required annual contract. Strkr Agents is $79 monthly, no minimum, cancel any time. Same jobs handled, none of the "let's schedule a Q3 renewal call" energy.

Time to first conversation Under 10 min

Toggle the module, seed the archetype agents, tweak one playbook, bind to your business number. Your agent takes its first message before your onboarding email arrives.

Warm handoff to human Native

Every escalation lands in the same inbox your reps already work. Full thread, customer history, reason for handoff. No integration to wire up, no 'human takeover' toggle to remember, no dropped conversations.

Contract length Month-to-month

Cancel any time, prorated to the day. Annual billing available for a 15 percent discount if you like locking things in. No annual required.

Frequently asked

Answers to the questions you'd otherwise email us.

Do I need to know how to prompt engineer?

No. Strkr Agents ship with eight canned archetypes (SDR, Support, Booking, Retention, Reactivation, Feedback, Order Lookup, Follow-up) and a system-prompt composer that stitches together your brand voice, the chosen playbook, escalation rules, and customer context. Advanced admins can override the playbook prompt template; nobody has to.

Can I use my own LLM?

Not yet. Every turn today runs on the Strkr AI stack with usage metered per tenant. Bring-your-own model is a slice on the roadmap for tenants that need it for compliance reasons.

What happens if the agent doesn't know the answer?

It escalates to a human. Every agent has escalation rules: 'if the customer asks about X,' 'if two turns without a resolution,' 'if sentiment turns negative.' The escalation lands in your inbox with the full thread and the reason.

Does the agent respect quiet hours and consent?

Yes. Every message the agent sends goes through the same Strkr Messaging compliance rails as a human send. STOP, quiet hours, DND, per-purpose consent (marketing vs service vs notification), rate limits. The agent can't send when a human can't send.

What integrations does the agent have access to?

Today: the CRM (contacts, leads, accounts, deals), Shopify (order lookup), the agent's own tools (mark_qualified, book_meeting, update_field, escalate, handoff_to_agent, send_link). Coming soon: calendar (Google + M365), Slack, and any additional connector added to the Strkr integration marketplace.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Every Strkr trial unlocks the Agents module. Seed the archetypes, run a test conversation, watch the analytics tab. Trial is 14 days. Requires the Strkr Messaging and Strkr AI modules to be active (both included in the trial).

What does "500 turns per month" actually mean?

A "turn" is one LLM call inside a conversation. A typical qualifying conversation runs 3 to 7 turns. 500 turns per month covers roughly 70 to 150 conversations depending on complexity. Overages bill at the same $0.02 per turn as the first turn, and the analytics tab shows a live counter.
