Terms of Service
1. The deal
By creating a Strkr workspace, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Strkr. If you're using Strkr on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
Strkr provides a multi-tenant SaaS CRM platform. We work to keep it running, fix bugs, and ship improvements. We don't guarantee any specific feature will exist forever, but we'll give you 90 days notice before removing anything you depend on.
3. Your data
You own your workspace data. We process it to provide the service. You're responsible for the lawfulness of what you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display your data as required to operate Strkr.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Strkr to send spam, host malware, scrape data you don't own, abuse our APIs, attempt to access other tenants' data, or operate as a service for end users that violates this policy. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach this.
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Failed payments suspend the workspace after 14 days. Annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law. Tier changes prorate to the day.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from billing settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
7. Warranties
We provide Strkr "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Beta features are explicitly experimental.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to workspace owners at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Disputes go to the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
