Strkr's tier caps are soft: when you exceed one, the workspace keeps working and we email the owners at 80% and again at 100%. If usage stays over your cap into the next billing cycle, metered overages kick in at the rates below. There's no day where the product stops because you grew faster than expected.
All overage charges appear as separate line items on your invoice. You can downgrade or upgrade tiers any time to right-size.

Is there a free tier?
No. Every tier includes a 14-day free trial of the full Pro experience. We collect a card up front so abandoned workspaces don't clog the platform, but no charge happens until day 14, and you can cancel from settings any time before then with zero charge. We'd rather charge a fair price than build a "free forever" tier that becomes a graveyard of half-finished functionality.
How does the per-seat math work?
One billable seat per active user in your workspace. Strkr staff and pending invites aren't counted. If Sarah works at three of your tenants, she's three seats. Each tenant pays for its own membership independently.
What happens during the trial?
Pick a tier, enter card details, get 14 days of the full Pro tier (no charge). On day 14 we run the first invoice automatically. Cancel before day 14 from billing settings and you're never charged. If the day-14 charge fails, we email you and the workspace enters a 7-day grace state where you can update the card before it switches read-only.
Can I import from Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive?
Yes. CSV import for contacts, accounts, deals, and tasks ships with every tier. For more complex migrations (custom objects, flows, dashboards, historical activity), Pro and Scale include dedicated onboarding to walk it through with you.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual subscriptions get roughly 15% off (effectively two months free). Billed up front. Prorated refunds available within 30 days. After 30 days we credit the remainder against future invoices instead of refunding.
What if I add a user mid-billing-cycle?
Prorated to the day. We charge the difference at the start of the next billing cycle. Same for downgrades, downsizes, and module cancellations. No mystery line items.
How do I cancel?
Workspace owners can cancel from billing settings any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data stays export-ready for 90 days after cancellation before permanent deletion.
Are payments secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number directly. Stripe handles PCI compliance, fraud detection, and 3-D Secure when required. Refunds are processed back to the original card.
