Feature · Sales Performance Dashboard

A sales performance dashboard built for the Monday forecast call.

A sales performance dashboard earns its slot when the VP opens it before standup and reads the state of the business without asking a clarifying question. Strkr's dashboard answers coverage, velocity, win rate, forecast accuracy, rep activity, and win-loss reasons on live data, with drill-through to the deal grid, and ships with starter templates the ops lead clones in minutes.

Six questions the VP asks on Monday

What a working performance dashboard answers at a glance.

The VP of Sales walks into the Monday forecast call with six questions. If the dashboard answers them in six seconds, the call lasts twenty minutes. If the dashboard requires clarifying filters, missing fields, or follow-up Slack messages, the call lasts an hour and ends inconclusively. These are the six Strkr's performance dashboard surfaces by default.

Are we covered?

Pipeline coverage by segment.

A tile per segment showing current pipeline divided by remaining-quarter plan. Green above 3x, yellow between 2x and 3x, red below 2x. The VP scans the row, sees which segment is under-covered, and the call starts there.

What is on the glide path?

Committed, best case, pipeline, gap.

Four tiles reflecting rep and manager roll-ups: committed, best case, open pipeline, and gap to plan. Clicking committed opens the deals the rep marked commit. The forecast call becomes a shared read-only screen.

Who is at risk?

At-risk deals, Strkr AI ranked.

A sorted list of open deals with the highest at-risk score. Signals include engagement decay, stage-time anomalies, competitor mentions. The sales lead works the list top to bottom in pipeline review. Drill-through opens the deal timeline with signals highlighted.

What closed last week?

Weekly closed won: ARR, logos, average size.

Three tiles on a seven-day rolling window with a sparkline for the trailing twelve weeks. Executives see velocity, not just this week's number. Drill into a tile and the list of closed deals opens with owner, segment, and source.

Who is pacing to miss?

Quota attainment, by rep.

A ranked table of reps with current attainment, pacing versus the quota curve, and days remaining. Managers see which reps need a coaching conversation and which ones are on track to blow past.

Why are we losing?

Win-loss reasons, trailing 90 days.

A bar chart of loss reasons from the deal close workflow: price, product fit, timing, competitor, no-decision. The VP sees which reasons are growing. Drill-through opens the loss debrief notes for review.

What the dashboard looks like in production

The default layout, tile by tile.

The Strkr starter sales performance dashboard renders at a 12-column grid with the hero tiles at top, trend lines in the middle, and ranked tables at the bottom. The layout optimizes for the Monday forecast call shape: start with the coverage question, drill into velocity, review the leaderboard, and close on win-loss.

Hero row

Four counters, trailing week deltas.

Closed MTD, pipeline open, logos won MTD, average deal size. Each tile shows the number, the week-over-week delta, and a sparkline for the trailing twelve weeks. The hero row answers "are we winning this month" at a glance.

Coverage row

A tile per segment.

Pipeline divided by remaining plan, scored green, yellow, or red per segment. Six segments fit on one row. The VP sees under-covered segments first.

Trend lines

Closed won, pipeline velocity, win rate.

Three line charts with trailing twelve weeks. Multiple series overlay (new logos vs expansion, inbound vs outbound). The trend shape tells the VP whether the business is accelerating, holding, or slipping.

Forecast call surface

Committed, best case, pipeline, gap.

Four tiles with the forecast roll-up. The data refreshes on every rep commit edit. The weekly forecast call becomes a live screen, not a slide deck.

Rep leaderboard

Attainment, pacing, pipeline, close rate.

A ranked table of reps with current quota attainment, pacing against the curve, open pipeline, and trailing close rate. Managers click a row to open the rep's deal grid.

At-risk deals

Strkr AI ranked, top 20.

A sorted list of open deals with the highest risk score. Signals annotate each row (silent 14 days, competitor mentioned, stage-time anomaly). Drill-through opens the deal timeline.

Stage funnel

Count and value, stage to stage.

A horizontal funnel with count and value per stage, plus conversion rates between adjacent bands. The widening or narrowing of each band tells leadership which stage is leaking.

Win-loss reasons

Trailing 90 days, grouped.

A bar chart of win and loss reasons from the deal close workflow. Loss reasons sort descending by count. The VP sees whether price, product fit, timing, competitor, or no-decision is growing.

Activity output

Calls, emails, demos, by rep, this week.

A stacked bar per rep showing activity volume across call, email, meeting, and demo. The manager spots the quiet rep and the over-indexing rep in a glance.

Metrics the dashboard tracks

The nine performance metrics that matter.

The dashboard surfaces nine metrics by default. Each has a tile, a definition, a target, and a trend. Teams add or remove metrics as the motion changes, but these nine cover 90 percent of the Monday forecast question.

Coverage ratio

Open pipeline over remaining plan.

The headline health metric. A quarter with 3x coverage is comfortable, 2x is borderline, under 2x is a problem. The tile breaks out by segment so under-covered segments are obvious.

Win rate

Won divided by won plus lost.

Trailing twelve months, segmented by source, by rep, by segment. A win rate dropping over consecutive quarters flags a competitive or product-fit shift that needs attention.

Average deal size

Weighted ARR per won deal.

Trailing twelve months, broken out by segment and by product line. A rising average deal size signals expansion motion success; a falling average signals discounting or down-market mix shift.

Pipeline velocity

ARR per day in pipeline.

The composite metric of win rate times average deal size times stage count divided by cycle time. The best single number for pipeline efficiency. Trending velocity up is the proxy for a working motion.

Cycle time

First touch to close.

Average and median days from first touch to closed won, broken out by segment. Shortening cycle time directly lifts velocity. Lengthening is a yellow flag for mid-funnel friction.

Quota attainment

Rep performance against plan.

Current attainment plus pacing against the quarterly curve. Managers see who is on pace and who needs coaching. Historical attainment rolls up to the trailing four quarters for context.

Forecast accuracy

Committed versus landed.

Trailing quarters of committed deals plotted against actual closed. Reps who systematically miss or sandbag are visible. The weekly forecast call becomes a learning loop with the accuracy tile as the receipt.

Lead-to-opp conversion

MQL through SQL through opp.

Funnel from marketing qualified to opportunity, broken out by source. The marketing lead and the sales lead read the same number so the handoff debate ends.

Activity output

Calls, emails, demos per rep.

Volume by channel per rep over trailing seven days. Pairs with quota attainment to surface activity-conversion anomalies: high activity, low pipeline (ICP problem) versus low activity, high pipeline (undervalued top performer).

What the dashboard runs on

Underpinnings that keep the surface honest.

A dashboard is only useful if the numbers are accurate and current. The four properties below keep Strkr's performance dashboard trustworthy at scale.

Live records

No overnight ETL.

Every tile resolves against the operational database at render time. A deal moves to Closed Won, the tile ticks within seconds. No "last updated 4 hours ago" caveat, no explanation of why the number differs from the pipeline grid.

Permission inheritance

Reps see their own, VPs see all.

The same dashboard renders differently per viewer. Reps see their own quota attainment and pipeline. Managers see their team roll-up. VPs see the org. One dashboard, every seat, no duplicated copies to keep in sync.

Historical snapshots

Forecast accuracy needs memory.

Strkr snapshots every weekly commit, every stage transition, and every forecast call so historical trends and accuracy metrics have the raw material. Without historical capture, metrics like forecast accuracy and pipeline aging cannot be computed.

Alert thresholds

A tile that pages the right person.

Any tile accepts a threshold: coverage below 2x, forecast accuracy below 85 percent, activity volume below floor. The alert routes to Slack or email. The dashboard becomes a notification surface in addition to a passive display.

Starter templates

Four shapes, cloneable in one click.

Strkr ships four starter sales performance templates covering common motion shapes. Clone the one closest to your business and adjust from there.

SMB velocity

Short cycle, high volume.

Metrics tuned for sub-30-day cycles: speed-to-lead, demo-to-close, 48-hour follow-up, rep daily output. Hero row leads with closed MTD and demos booked. Suitable for self-serve-adjacent motions.

Mid-market standard

Multi-stakeholder, 60 to 90 day cycles.

Metrics tuned for a typical mid-market motion: coverage ratio, stage conversion, forecast accuracy, cycle time, win rate by segment. The default template for most B2B SaaS. Includes forecast accuracy tracking and win-loss reasons.

Enterprise

Long cycle, named accounts, committee.

Metrics tuned for 6-plus-month enterprise cycles: pipeline aging, stakeholder count per deal, legal and procurement time-in-stage, forecast commit history. The template includes the at-risk deal surface prominently.

Expansion motion

Upsell, cross-sell, renewal.

Metrics tuned for the post-sale motion: NRR by cohort, expansion pipeline by CSM, renewal risk, product adoption. CSMs run their book review from this template.

A sales performance dashboard the VP reads before standup, not after.

Strkr's sales performance dashboard clones from a starter template in one click, reads live records, inherits your permission model, and ships without a BI license. Point your ops lead at the trial and watch the first dashboard go live before the next weekly call.

Common questions

What buyers ask about this feature.

What makes this different from the sales dashboard in Salesforce or HubSpot?

Three differences. First, drill-through opens the records that make up the number in the same CRM grid, not a separate reports module with its own filters. Second, forecast accuracy is tracked natively on weekly commits, which is a reporting SKU add-on in both Salesforce and HubSpot. Third, the dashboard engine is included in the seat price with no viewer license, so an entire sales floor can read the dashboard without a per-user analytics upgrade.

Can reps and managers see different versions of the same dashboard?

Yes. The dashboard inherits the Strkr permission model. Reps see their own numbers (their quota attainment, their open pipeline, their activity output). Managers see their team roll-up. VPs see the org. One dashboard, every seat, no duplicated copies to maintain. The permission scope is enforced at the data layer, so a sharing mistake cannot leak records a viewer should not see.

How does the dashboard handle forecast accuracy tracking?

Strkr snapshots every weekly commit at the moment the rep submits. The accuracy dashboard reports how committed deals landed over trailing quarters, so sales ops sees which reps systematically miss, which ones sandbag, and which ones call the forecast tight. Managers coach off the historical pattern rather than the gut feel. The accuracy tile is a staple of mature sales organizations and is included in the mid-market starter template.

Can tiles trigger alerts when thresholds trip?

Yes. Every tile accepts a threshold rule (coverage below 2x, forecast accuracy below 85 percent, activity volume below a floor, win rate dropping below a baseline). When the rule trips, the dashboard routes an alert to Slack or email. The dashboard becomes a notification surface in addition to a passive display. Alert history logs alongside the dashboard's edit audit trail.

Can we add metrics specific to our motion?

Yes. The dashboard builder is drag-and-drop against any object or field in the Strkr tenant, including custom fields and formula fields. If your motion tracks product-specific metrics (adoption score, usage health, implementation progress), build tiles against those fields. The starter templates are starting points, not locked layouts.

How does the dashboard behave on mobile?

Dashboards reflow to a single column on mobile with tiles stacked in priority order. Drill-through works from the phone. The hero row renders first, followed by the forecast call surface, the rep leaderboard, and the trend lines. Executives open the dashboard on the way to the board meeting and the numbers match the slides. The mobile view does not require a separate app; a mobile browser handles it.
