Feature · Sample Dashboard Reports

A sample dashboard reports library to study and clone.

A sample dashboard reports library is the shortcut to a working dashboard. Rather than start from an empty canvas, Strkr ships a library of sample reports across sales, pipeline, forecast, activity, revenue, and retention. The sales ops lead studies the shapes, clones the ones that fit, scopes the filters, and ships.

What the library includes

Six categories of sample reports.

The library is organized by the question a leader is trying to answer. The categories are sales, pipeline, forecast, activity, revenue, and retention. Each category has multiple sample reports with different lenses. The sections below walk the categories.

Sales reports

Attainment, bookings, win rate.

Sales report samples cover team attainment against quota, booked ACV by week, win rate by segment, cycle time, and average ACV. The samples ship with period and segment filters pre-wired so the sales ops lead swaps the scope and publishes.

Pipeline reports

Coverage, aging, slip, movement.

Pipeline report samples cover stage coverage against target, aging by stage, slip since last period, movement in-period, and the at-risk ranking. The samples anchor the Thursday pipeline review.

Forecast reports

Committed, best case, pipeline, gap.

Forecast report samples cover the committed-vs-best-case split by period, rollup from rep to manager to VP, submission history, and gap-to-quota. The samples anchor the Monday forecast call.

Activity reports

Touches, meetings, demos, email.

Activity report samples cover rep-level and team-level activity by week - calls, emails, meetings booked, demos run. Activity is the leading indicator of pipeline health.

Revenue reports

ARR, MRR, expansion, churn.

Revenue report samples cover ARR and MRR trends, expansion revenue by segment, churn by segment, net revenue retention, and the cohort revenue walk. Revenue reports anchor the board snapshot.

Retention reports

Renewal rate, logo retention, net dollar.

Retention report samples cover gross renewal rate, logo retention, net dollar retention, and the renewal pipeline. Retention reports anchor the Customer Success leadership read.

How the library is built

Clone, scope, tune, publish.

The library is a card grid in the dashboard builder. Each card is a sample report with a preview, a scope-ready filter set, and the data model it reads. The sections below are the mechanics of using the library.

Preview on click

See the shape before cloning.

Click a sample and the preview opens on sample data. The sales ops lead sees the layout, the tiles, the filters, and the drill-through behavior before deciding to clone. No commitment, no cleanup afterward.

Clone to instance

Named, live, scoped.

On clone, the sample becomes a working instance against the tenant's data. The clone is named and scoped. The sales ops lead opens the instance and tunes the filters to the team's shape.

Scope filters

Period, segment, owner.

The filter bar on the clone supports period, segment, owner, team, product. The sales ops lead picks the scope that fits the report's audience and the scope persists.

Tune tiles

Swap, remove, add from library.

Each tile on the clone can be swapped, removed, or augmented. The tile library offers every KPI block. The clone is a working surface, not a lock-in.

Publish to role

Pin for every rep on the role.

The published clone pins to every user on the matching role. Reps see the dashboard automatically on sign-in. New hires inherit the pin on provisioning. No per-user setup.

Export and import

Lift and shift across tenants.

A clone exports as a template that imports into another tenant with field mappings pre-resolved. Teams running Strkr across business units lift working dashboards without rebuilding. The samples themselves are the base case.

How teams use the library

First week, first month, ongoing.

The sample library is useful at three moments: the first week on Strkr, the first month, and the ongoing iteration. The sections below describe the actual workflow.

Day one

Start with the sales attainment sample.

On day one of Strkr, the sales ops lead opens the library and clones the sales attainment sample. The dashboard scopes to the team and publishes to the manager role. The first dashboard ships in an hour.

First week

Pipeline, forecast, activity.

The first week the sales ops lead clones the pipeline, forecast, and activity samples. The Thursday pipeline review runs on the pipeline sample. The Monday forecast call runs on the forecast sample. The manager one-on-ones use the activity sample.

First month

Revenue and retention.

By end of month one the sales ops lead has cloned the revenue and retention samples. The board snapshot schedules monthly from the revenue sample. The CS leadership reads retention weekly.

Quarterly tune

Compare against the samples.

Quarterly the sales ops lead opens the samples and compares the team's current dashboards. New sample tiles are added to clones; outdated clones are retired. The library is a benchmark.

New hire onboarding

Study the library.

New sales ops hires study the sample library on week one. The samples teach the data model and the common dashboard shapes. By week two the new hire is cloning and tuning dashboards.

Executive request

Clone, scope, send.

An executive asks for a new slice of the data. The sales ops lead opens the library, clones the closest sample, scopes to the ask, and emails the link. The ask takes minutes, not days.

What this replaces

Starting from a blank canvas.

Most CRMs ship a dashboard builder with a blank canvas and a tile library. The sales ops lead builds from scratch every time. The sample library replaces the blank canvas with a running start. The sections below are the comparison.

Blank canvas

Flexible, slow, inconsistent.

A blank dashboard canvas is maximum flexibility. The cost is slow build and inconsistent output. The sample library gives maximum flexibility with a running start.

Google results

Public, uneven, un-shaped to CRM.

Teams Google "sample sales dashboard" and copy an image. The image is a visual, not a working build. Strkr's samples are working dashboards against the CRM.

Salesforce AppExchange

Rich, installable, admin-heavy.

Salesforce AppExchange has dashboard packs. The install requires a Salesforce admin and the dashboards sometimes fight the org's custom data model. Strkr's samples are native and tunable.

HubSpot templates

Credible, bundled.

HubSpot ships a few template dashboards. Teams on Hub Pro are served. The library breadth is limited. Strkr covers six categories with multiple samples each.

Hired consultant

Expert, costly, slow.

Some teams hire a consultant to build the first dashboards. The consultant knows the shapes. The cost is weeks and dollars. Strkr's samples compress the consultant week to a day.

Strkr

Library, cloneable, included.

The sample dashboard reports library is included on every paid Strkr tier. Preview, clone, scope, tune, publish, export, import. The seat price covers it.

Start the first dashboard with a running start, not a blank canvas.

Start a free trial, open the sample library, pick the attainment sample, scope to your team, and publish. The first working dashboard ships inside an hour.

Common questions

What buyers ask about this feature.

What are sample dashboard reports?

Sample dashboard reports are pre-built template dashboards that cover the common questions a sales organization needs to answer: attainment, pipeline coverage, forecast rollup, activity, revenue, and retention. Each sample is a working dashboard against the tenant's CRM data - the sales ops lead clones the sample, scopes the filters to the team, tunes the tiles if needed, and publishes. The samples replace the blank-canvas start that most dashboard builders ship with.

What categories does the library cover?

The library ships six categories: sales reports (attainment, win rate, cycle, ACV), pipeline reports (coverage, aging, slip, movement), forecast reports (committed, best case, gap), activity reports (touches, meetings, demos), revenue reports (ARR, MRR, expansion, churn), and retention reports (renewal rate, logo retention, net dollar retention). Each category has multiple samples with different lenses - a VP-level attainment sample is different from a manager-level attainment sample.

How do we use a sample?

Open the dashboard builder, open the sample library, preview the sample on sample data, and clone when a sample fits. On clone the sample becomes a live dashboard against the tenant's data. The sales ops lead tunes the filters to the team's shape, swaps or adds tiles if needed, and publishes to a role. The published dashboard pins to every user on that role automatically, including new hires on provisioning.

Can we export and share a tuned dashboard?

Yes. A cloned dashboard exports as a template that imports into another tenant with field mappings pre-resolved. Teams running Strkr across business units lift a working dashboard from one unit to another without rebuilding. The samples themselves are the base case of this export-import mechanic - Strkr maintains the sample library as a shared template set that every tenant can draw from.

Can we build our own sample for the team?

Yes. Any dashboard built in the tenant can be saved as a template and surfaced in the team's private library. Teams build their own common shapes - "our weekly VP read," "our end-of-quarter close dashboard" - and use the private library as the shortcut for new managers and new sales ops hires. The private library sits alongside the Strkr-shipped sample library.

Is the sample library included on every tier?

Yes. The sample dashboard reports library, preview, clone, scope, tune, publish, export, and import are included on every paid Strkr tier. Private team libraries and multi-tenant lift-and-shift are included on Pro and above. There is no separate dashboard SKU, no credit meter on views, and no per-template charge. The seat price listed on the pricing page is the full price for the capability.
